[Resolved]  Airtel — No connection

i want net connection from airtel
but there is no airtel line as per the airtel engineer
how can i connect to an airtel broad band line in freejang
i have 25 people who wants this connection
is it possible to established a new line for this 25 people

my complaint no is 38192022. landline no is[protected]. It is out of order for the past one week and my 50 calls to Airtel Customer Care have gone into deaf ears. Everytime I get a promise that the matter will be resolved within next 4 hors but those 4 hours do not seem to have landed from the heaven till date. I am fed up with Airtel now.

Airtel — waste service

This was my first complaint 2 months back, 3 months over no reply or no connection from Airtel, I need legal advice from somebody..

"I was looking for a internet connection in my home, as I was little hurry I applied for Airtel broad brand connection one representative came and supplied hand set modem etc..I gave cheque for device charge and one month advance it was on 10 th July ,next day device charges deducted , on 19th advance as well .

still I haven't got connection, representative not giving any proper reason but rarely picking phones.
I need urgent connection almost one month I waited for Airtell, what should I do? can I use this device for reliance connection? how I get money back? can I take any action against them?"

Even i am in same boat. two months back filed a complaint... they havent resolved my problem yet neither got new connection. these people dont even respond to mail. Any legal advice will be much appreciated.

It has been 3 weeks since I applied for Airtel fixed line connection. Airtel executives came to my home, they took a sum of 1000 Rs along with all documents and promised me to provide a connection within 3 business days. I have not received any connection for 21 days and neither Airtel has refunded me any money.

sir, pl ref my complaints dated 10, 11, 13 and 15 of jan 2013 and so many visits you have not given me connection, so i think your company is fraud company, now i dont want your connection, hence pl return me my documents immediately otherwise i will write a complaint to our primeminister for that you are the responsible, HNTikandar
