my complaint no is 38192022. landline no is[protected]. It is out of order for the past one week and my 50 calls to Airtel Customer Care have gone into deaf ears. Everytime I get a promise that the matter will be resolved within next 4 hors but those 4 hours do not seem to have landed from the heaven till date. I am fed up with Airtel now.

Airtel — waste service
This was my first complaint 2 months back, 3 months over no reply or no connection from Airtel, I need legal advice from somebody.."I was looking for a internet connection in my home, as I was little hurry I applied for Airtel broad brand connection one representative came and supplied hand set modem etc..I gave cheque for device charge and one month advance it was on 10 th July ,next day device charges deducted , on 19th advance as well .

still I haven't got connection, representative not giving any proper reason but rarely picking phones.
I need urgent connection almost one month I waited for Airtell, what should I do? can I use this device for reliance connection? how I get money back? can I take any action against them?"

It has been 3 weeks since I applied for Airtel fixed line connection. Airtel executives came to my home, they took a sum of 1000 Rs along with all documents and promised me to provide a connection within 3 business days. I have not received any connection for 21 days and neither Airtel has refunded me any money.
