[Resolved] Airtel — Not reimbursing money and not activate internet pack | |||
My number is [protected].Today[protected] i recharged with 35 rs.for airtel internet(500 mb/6days) and i got the confirmation message also.but each time when i access internet my balance getting deducted (the airtel internet pack did not activated) .I contacted 121 and they said to call 198 but they told there is no 35 rs internet pack.when i asked to reimburse the money which i charged they said it is not possible. I was applied for Broadband connection on 6/07/2012. One guy came and checked my area, he said connection feasibility is possible in my area. I submitted my rental agreement, one month plan amount deposit(750/-) and 300/- extra. 300/- for rental agreement. I gave 20/- rs stamp rental agreement, he said 100/- rs stamp paper reuired for that he asked 300/- rs, i gave him.
Same day i got call from another airtel guy he said in my area connection feasibility not available. Same thing i asked this guy he told its available, with in 2 to 3 days you will get the connection. After three days i called him he told wait 2 more days. After that i called him he is not picking my phone. After 2 days i got reference number from airtel for connection. I called customer care for the status they told application was cancelled because of no connection feasibilty. I call this guy from another number hi picked and told with in two days i will get the connection, i explained him i called customer care with my reference number they told connection feasibiltiy not there. He said i am in meeting i will call you with in 10 mins, after 1hr i called him again he not at all piking from this number. After two days again i called him from another number i introduced my self and he i am in meeting i will cal you with in 10 mins, after that i called him around 30 to 40 times he not at all picked, this is worst services i faced from Airlet broadband service. This is really consumer iritation.

But he said his name is Naveen, after seeing his id card only i get to know his name is Rajesh. (Like this also they are cheating the customers),
