[Resolved]  Airtel — sim swapping

Sir,
My mob no. is [protected]. from last night my sim is showing that sim card registration failed. when i call the same no. from another no., my call is connecting to somewhere else and some one is recieving the call.
when i called to the customer care, they r saying that, "the number may have been swapped, so buy another sim card paying extraa money or apply for a duplicate one."
though it's not my fault, why should i apply for a duplicate one or buy a new one?
Kindly take necessary actions regarding this.

hello mera naam Arif khan hai mera mobile no. hai [protected] jo pichle 2 mahine se kharab hai maine usko badalwane ke liye diya bhi tha lekin wo nahi badla gaya fir mai apna sim leke gonda gaya waha bhi koi meri madad nahi kar raha mera bahut nuksaan ho raha hai kya Airtel ka sim lekar maine galti ki? mera sim kaise badla jayega kya yahi Airtel ki service hai ?
