This is in reference with the unwanted service activation on my mobile number [protected] . On date 03.04.2013 at 9:35 pm, unwanted service of internet pack has been activated on my mobile number without any request from my side. After looking at the message received in my mobile i made a call at customer care number & requested to the line executive for deactivate the service & return my debited amount to my account. But instead of deactivation he asked me to hold the line saying that your call will be transferred to his senior for solution of the problem & after some time the call was disconnected without any response. After that i tried many a times but could't speak to the executive. Moreover, on date 5.03.2013 again i received one message having content that internet pack has been renewed on your airtel mobile and you have been charged Rs. 9.for 2 days. It is a clear case of cheating & harassment to customer by this company. I want a strict penalty on the company so that any innocent customer will not face same kind of trouble in future.

Airtel Bharti — Surrendered number active again and Airtel asking for bill to be paid by me where as it is in use bt another person

Hello,

This is in reference to mobile number [protected] that belongs to Delhi Circle, I had requested for the surrender of this connection in last week of January and to confrim the same when I called the customer care in mid of Feb they advised once I will clear the outstanding, it will be deactivated at the same time, I was not given any request number when I asked. After that I forget about it.

Now on May 06, 2008. I got bill for the same number, when I called I come to know that the number is in use by a different person who purchased this from Gurgaon Sec 25. I called Customer care and updated the same. Now As per customer care this number was never closed and is active. I updated them about the complete situation: now they are saying that I need to pay the outstanding amount then only the number will be closed.

I request you to please look into this and help me out.

Aslo another number [protected], that I used only for a month and then surendered, they are not ready to deactivate that as well.

I have logged a series of complaints with airtel 16591658, 16591945, 16590297 and have not find any suitable resolution till date.

Please help me in this

Airtel Bharti — Disconnection of my Mobile number: 9810983443

As per my previous conversation with Mr.Zeeshan (Nodel Officer of North Delhi) via telephone on 19.04.08 in regards to my Cell number:[protected] and the plans activated by default for 1198 advance rental, he promised to change the same to 699advance rental plan and it was done the very next day. And and addition he told me that i do not have to pay the 1198 sum for the entire month and will be charged according to 699plans after the 19.04.08.However my Bill for the month of April states a different story altogether.I have been charged for 1198advance rental as well as 699advance rental along with my calling and smsing charges for the month of April08. And to my dismay when i spoke with one of our Managers: Niharika in your customer care services she told me to deposit a fair bit of amount to continue my services and in the mean time will get the 1198advance rental plan discontinued.However after much of calling the customer services and speaking with her many a times to get it rectified nothing fruitful happened and i also deposited Rs1100/- in the meantime to get my services going.

Then out of frustration as nothing good was coming out of the conversation i was having with the customer services i thought of discontinuing the services and called the customer services once again on 30.05.08 to get my number discontinued and the customer services agent transferred the call to the Floor Manager and he assured me that he is going to give me a Rs1000/- discount on my Bill. However i was so frustrated and demotivated that i told him to discontinue my services and cancel my number. Then he transferred the call to the relevant department who look after the discontinued services for the customers and the Agent over their promised me that i will get a call within 48hours for the latest status regarding discontinuation of my number. However till date i have not heard anything or received a call from your side and i have also left my alternative number with him as well for the same.Just for the reference my alternate number is:[protected].

The customer services is really pathetic and with no hope of improvement either.

What Airtel its deputed area sale manager, distribtors can't do? Its full channel to receive money from prospective consumers. M/s. Kiran Mktg. distridutor having office in Suburbs of Mumbai and working for sales in Borivli received an application from Bank officer and in two to three days they changed alloted number. The bank management printed different visiting cards as alloted by the distributor. On third attemp company area sales managar Mr.Vikash assured that the applicants mobile number shall activated in three to four hours. On request from the bank Asst. Managar the retailer asked the ASM Mr.Vikas as well as Mr.Milin to cancel the connection and also informed the sales person that the customer don't wants his fees paid for connection. He requested that the documents like PAN Card, Bank I/D, Residence electric Bill and post paid bill which the Assist. bank managaer currently using as well as NOC letter form the bank should be return. The retailer also ask sales person Mr. Milin he or his company can charge any amount for cancellation letter from Airtel along with the documents.

The payment was made on 29th May 2008 and till to day nor company sales personal Mr.Vijash or the distributor M/s. Kiran Mktg reply to the customer as well as the retailer. IS IT A FRAUD or CHEATING OR GANG using documents for fraud connection. I satish Gandhi booked this connection for my friend woring in the bank. Every thing and procress was done in front of me. I strongly insist that Mr. Vikask, the director Mr. Dharmu as well as the Airtel authoriety should be penalised.
If any of this Stupid Company authoriety wants any proof you are most well come.

Airtel Bharti — overcharge on prepaid recharge coupens

certain shop keepers are charging more than m.r.p on prepaid recharge/top up coupons.
e.g. on a Rs 10 top up they are charging Rs 12.

they also respond arrogantly after asking them to charge us according to the m.r.p

on the prepaid recharge coupens it is clearly mentioned that all taxes are been included.

Airtel Bharti — Activation of "hello Tune"

On my no. [protected] company activated Hello tune service without asking me only while call by mistake * was pressed and even I didn't know. So please take action against the said company. And please manage to make some rules that any service can't be activated on any consumer's no. without confirmation.

Airtel Bharti — Disconnection of mobile nos.

Request for disconnecting my post paid mobile numbers [protected] to [protected] was submitted in Tilak Road, Pune Branch and also on mobile msg. on 25/08/2008 I was promised for doing the needful within 2-3 days. I am still awaiting confirmation of disconnection of my numbers on the alternate mobile number [protected] . hoping for an early action.
I don't require your new enquiry about disconnection reasons because I already told it several times to your various said seniour executives. I also request that please change one of my no. [protected] in prepaid service if possible, but after so many calls/enquiries (your executives promise to do it in one or two hours )no reply received from you. So please disconnect our group connection [protected] to [protected] immediately.

Bharti Airtel — Providing very bad & poor services.

my connection type is Post-paid & it's corporate plan. but yesterday on 11th Feb 09 they have restricted my outgoing calls without any prior information. also it's connectivity is very very poor means worst.only because of my number i am not changing this service otherwise i will thruogh my both airtel cards to garbage. yet my outgoing is restricted.Insted of Airtel i will prefer Idea which having great coverage than airtel.

Airtel Mobile Services — Harassment by Airtel after disconnecting mobile services

Hi,

I had disconnected my postpaid service from Airtel in September due to bad service. I had given an application in writing and Airtel had accepted it. I had cleared my bill and they had accepted the same.

Now Airtel is harassing and threatening me with legal action for non payment of bill.

Please let me know what should I do next.

Airtel Bharti — Service is not at all proper

I took a airtel postpaid connection, But Billing service these people are providing is really pathetic.
Everytime they charge more than the exact amount of the bill & i need to call at customer care & make request to revised the bill.
Site is also very pathetic.

I have cancelled my connection ([protected])in July 2008 and given written request and informed call centre and destroyed the chip.

Why They are sending bills and notices.I have written complaints to airtel several times.it is nothing but harassment with out any reason. its because of their system delay and the team incapability they are doing this..

service is not at all proper, they stole my 45 rs. for no use. they charged me for gprs activation but did not send the MO settings i paid for no use. i paid for unsubscribing yahoo zone which i can't acess and i am paying for it, i sent 3 sms but got no reply. my phone no.is [protected]

AirTel Bharti — Dispute bill generated at my name

I have got a dispute bill againt my name which has a usage of ISD calls, which I have never asked to activate. this is a dispute bill of abount 14000/-. now they are mentally harassing me to fill the bill. My bill was rising abruptly at the start of the month may . So i inquired about that . They did not provide me any information at that time. Now they hasve given me a detail bill which is having mostly ISD calls. I have never done any ISD calls. and never asked for activation of ISD facility onmy number. when I ogt a bill of Rs 8000, I asked them to disconnect my number. but they have not done yet and my bill now has reached upto Rs 14000. Even they have not put a temorary termination on my number inspite of that my usaGE LIMIT was just Rs 2000. airtel by them self incresed it to Rs 9000. and now when it has reached upto Rs 14000. even then they has not terminated my outgoing calls. I have never asked

them to increase my usage limit. I request you to please take appropriate action againt them .

FROM THE LAST 5 DAYS I HAVE A PROBLEM REGARDING AIRTEL GPRS SERVICES. FIRST DAY I HAVE RECIEVED A SMS FROM AIRTEL LIVE WHICH SHOWS "THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE ACTIVE ON YOUR MOBILE . 1> FHM VIDEO OF THE DAY ."HAS BEEN ACTIVATED ON YOUR PHONE.AFTER THAT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED RUPIES 25 .ON THAT DAY.BUT I NEVER REGISTERD ON THAT SITE .TILL NOW I HAVE BEEN REGULARLY CHARGED RUPEES 5 EVERY DAY FROM MY ACCOUNT.
FROM THAT DAY WHEN I AM TRYING TO CONTACT WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES THEY CAN'T BE ABBLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. Airtel Bharti — external charges of ISD calls

while giving the card they didn't inform that you have to pay Rs.3000/- as a deposit amount for activating ISD calls, but now they are asking for the amount./the airtel representative told me that my card will get activated in 4 days but it took more than 1 week, so i m facing lots of problem towards your services.so, please do something in this regards ASAP...

I am sulabh Jain i have a Corporate connection of Airtel Bharti ([protected]) & 5 More number is also in my room Address Shapura Sector-B,Near Manisha Lack Bhopal (M.P) There is no network it means Zero in the Flat (room).We Already complain Many Times but no any response & Action taken by Service Provider (Airtel ) My many Calls are Imported due to I have the Corporate connection.

Please do some think for this issue because this issu is more than 7 days.

Airtel — activation of services without any requests from my side

i have suffered under airtel for the last few months. for two years i had seamless service but now they activate some useless services and then go on to tell me you activated them cutting off hefty amounts from my balance.and the customer "care" executives are totally unhelpful and ask for anything upto a week and only with repeated calls i get my balance back.
