I am staying in dargah road, zamin pallavaramand there is no network inside the flat.I have to got out to take calls.even in the balcony, the network is very bad . there is no followup by customer service executives / resolution for past 6 months.

This is to inform you that i Ajay Sharma Residence of 1183/13 Govind Puri, Kalkaji, New Delhi- 110019. are facing a severe problem of network at our residence. as we are living in a joint family we have around 10 connections of airtel. we have complained almost 15 to 20 times at airtel customer service. but they have never came back with any feed back or solutions. i think so that airtel is big company now and they do not need any more customers with them. there feed back teem is full o[censored]nskilled people who does not no how to solve the problems or how to have solutions . or if they have given the spesific time limit that they will return to us but like always they do not please look further to our problems or we are swithcing to some other company.

My airtel no is [protected] .
