[Resolved] Airtel Bill — Not receiving my bills at my residence address. | |
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have been continuously informing airtel customer service about the change of my residential address which has now been updated in your records. I also complained about not receiving my bills at my residential address. A few days back I received a sms stating that the duplicate bill had been delivered on my new residential address. I even got a call from your end to confirm the same. I replied back that I had not received any bill on my new address since I've shifted here from 4th September'09. I was promised that a duplicate would be delivered to me withion 2-3 days. But till now the bill has not come. Today I received a message from your end stating that the bill has been received my one Mr.Vijay at my residence. I want to clearly inform that there is no Mr.Vijay at my residnece and that the bill has not been delivered to my residence. It is therefore requested to kindly send my bills to my correct residential address on timew for me to effect payment. An early action from your end is warranted. Airtel — Bill not being sent to my new address
I am a post paid Airtel subscriber , Mobile No.. [protected]I have shifted my house from H-1, ANDREWS GANJ EXTN., NEW DELHI-110049 to my new residence : WZ 1985, RANI BAGH , SHAKUR BASTI, DELHI-110034, on 18 th Dec.2009,but my bills r still being sent to my old address inspite of my verbal requests to AIRTEL staff a number of times. I had also submitted proof of my new residence, but the Airtel staff say that the pin code given by me does not exist in their software. My parents have been residing at this address since 1955, but if it does not exist in their software , it is none of my faults. They disconncted my incoming calls in January because I could not pay the bill due to non reciept of the bill. The same thing is happening again and again. They deliver the bill to someone at my old Govt. Quarter in Andrews Ganj Extn. and tell me that ur bill has been recieved. This amounts to the behaviour of an in-sensitive and irresponsible organisation which doesn't appreciate the problems of their customers. For how long can this situation be tolerated?

AirTel — BILL NOT RECEIVING
This is regarding my Air tel mobile no [protected] in the name of Anuj Vashisht. Despite of several requests I am not getting my mobile bill at my communication address. Every time I have to request for the duplicate bill and since last five months sama practice is doing.I am fail to understand if duplicate bill can be delivered why not original.
I am in job and I am not getting reimbursement after 30 days and from last two months I am unable to claim the same.
In my last complaint I have requested for the Feb and March bill but received only feb bill.
Kindly lodge my complaint otherwise I will go to court for unnecessary harassment.
