i have lost my mobile, since last 2 months. i complained to customer care as well as office but its not work. my bill is increasing month by month.i m not going to pay any bill. bcz wen i complained they cut my service, thanx for that but why they sending me the bill monthly.i complained na? then why? take any serious action on it plz my no is [protected].I M NOT GOING TO PAY ANY BILL.DONT SEND ME AGAIN.I HAV TOO WORK I CANT GET TIME FOR THIS SO PLZ TAKE ANY ACTION.

we have used postpaid airtel number but we want to stop the service but still they are sending beill for monthly rent

Mera no. [protected] hai.mai es no. ke bill se paresan hu. Es tarh ki paresani ‘may2008’ se hai .maiy pichhe ke in mamlo ko nahi duhrana chahta hu . par hal -phihal paresani es tarh hai 9-o7-2008 to 8-08-08ke bill main 444rs extra jod kar bheja gaya jiska complain kiya to thik karte karte next bill aa gaya .es bill main 499 ko asjust kiya gaya. Ye thik hai . lekin[protected] to[protected] ke bill galat aa gaya .mai 3-9-2008 ko bill plan badlne ka reqst diya tha par bill oll plan ke anusar hi aaya.main eska complain le kar kings way comp gaya. Kyo ki mera outgoing v es samy band kar diya tha.unhone 121 par bat karae to 121 wale ka kahna tha plan change ka reqst nahi hai. Bad main main ne airtel shop walo ko req.no diya to unhone mana ki bill galat hai. Phir complain likh kar outgoing suru kar diya.unke anusar 9-o7-2008 to 8-08-08 ka bill thik ho gaya tha eska pement 600 kara diya. After 2day mujhe call aaya kaha gaya ki bill thik kar ke bhej diya jaye ga. Humne kaha mera phone band to nahi hoga unhune kaha nahi hoga. Ek din bad kisi ka airtel se call aaya aur kaha gaya ki aap payment kab kar rahe hai. Humne puchha bill thik ho gaya kaya to ok kah kar call kat diya. Eske ek din bad bina kisi suchana ke sin registration failed kar diya gaya. Jab 121 par bat kiya 7-10-008 ko 10.30pm me to mr. raj ne mere saath bure tarike se bat kar rahe the maiy mansik rup se dukhi ho gaya.unko jab complain likhne ko kaha to call kat diya dubara call kar mr. amardi se bat hue aur apni complain likhaya sath main mr.raj ka v complain kiya.eska ref.no.[protected] hai .unhone 4 ghante main phone suru karne ka aswasan diya par sari rat intzar ke bad v suru nahi hua. Main janana chahta hue s main meri kya galti hai phone band hone se jo mera nuksan ho raha hai usko pura kaise hoga. Maiy ek saal se network ki shikayat kar raha hu par koe sunnewala nahi hai.sirf reqt.no. de dete hai aur khuch nahi hota. Mera bill thik kar ke bheja jaye payment ke bad maiy airtel se hat jana behtar chahuga.

I had a postpaid connection of 249jackpot.

my bill ganratation date is 23rd of every month.but i had not recieved any bill no my emailid.i have bill on my mail on 1 of every month because i need to sumbit my bill in office.

when i call in customer care i am not able to talk any body beacause my call was disconnected again and again.

so plesae check and revert back me.

i am not receving the bill by courier

my mobile no.is [protected] as the last date for making the payment of my bill is 30th of every month.
My bill of dec, 08 of Rs.494 was made on the 30th of dec.I even have the receiving of it, so according to it in ma next bill i.e. jan, 09 there should be no fine charged but as I received the bill it is showing a fine

sir my number [protected] is under airtel celebration plan 998 for two years. i made a payment of rupees 1495/- for two years under the scheme in december 2008.but to my surprise my plan has not been activated till date and instead i have been charged a monthly rent of rupees 577/- kindly look into the matter and see that my plan is activated and monthly rent charged be refunded.thanks vineet bhatnagar.phone-[protected].
