I have received my bill for July of Rs 2569. But as per my view of usage for which I have been credited an amount of Rs 2100, internet usage volume, is done against my information of gprs terms and conditions. I have not been told about pro rata basis of internet usage. The information I have is pro rata basis of rentals. Kindly help me with amendment in bill. I can send you copies of my previous bills and payments made to airtel,none of which exceeds rs 200/- since my activation of number 9878622500. I have also heard from my friends that airtel people do such things and u become helpless. Please help me in this regard.
