Airtel Broadband — activating VAS without customer consent | |||
In May 2013 we have disconnected our IPTV connection due to lack of channel but continued with out broadband.During my IPTV,there were free Value added services like free Gaming,Speed on demand and anti virus each worth Rs.99/- free in the package.I never used gaming but did use speed on demand and antivirus for some.Now when the connection was disconnected and i moved to a new package Airtel kept the gaming package on and did not inform us that this service was active.Later on I realized and got it disconnected.This has been a cheating on part of Airtel to keep the VAS on when a customer never asked for the service in the first place.Even the Nodal office for NCR has not responded on refund of the VAS amount for May,June and July they activated without my consent. I wish to ask Airtel if they intend to have us as their customers or frankly tell us to move to another provider as you are expensive and have horrible customer care service.Please clarify and prove that I asked that this service be activated on May 2013 by email or by phone Karan Amarnath Was this information helpful? | |||

i have not subscribe any sms secure service on my mobile no [protected] and from last 4 days daily rs 5 are deducting from my balance . i m calling from the last 4 days 2 customer care and daily they are giving me the assurance that ur service is unsubscribedplz do the needful
In May 2011 a service was activated automatically on my M. NO [protected] Known as VOV Video Subscription and regularly after one day they deduct 5 rs from my account I have asked many times to Customer Care for unsubscribe this service but they can't stop this service last complaint no is[protected] I was very upset by airtel for this reason. Because I have logged this complain many times but they can,t solve my problem and regularly deduct amount from my balance.
Today also my balance was deducted
How much time required to solve my problem
My problem has not been resolved. My balance was continuously deducted on VOV Video subscription VAS Service which is not used by me.

i think will not solve ur problem..if they will solve thease type of problem then how they will conduct many function as Delhi half Mairathon/Mumbai half Mairathan...i m also facing this problem yaar

AirTel — Activation of VAS without my consent
I have been using airtel since last 3 year i am always facing the problem of deduction in by prepaid balanceEven though I dont activate any of the Value Added Services how come they get activated .
I am having 3 Airtel no. and to the addition of all on my all 3 no. same picture mesg service got activated how is it possible the company is debiting the balance from customers a/c
Its seem Airtel just know to increase customers and not give after sales service
