[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Airtel Broadband booked online but no connection since 40 days | |||
Hello, I was looking for a broadband connection to my house and i booked a connection through online from airtel broadband by paying 500 rupees advance online. It was booked almost 40 days ago, no one bothered to check the feasibility test or installation of broadband. Called up airtel customer care many times either they put on hold for a long period and disconnect or they say its an invalid application number or payment reference number. I have a screenshot of the amount paid of airtel website with both application and payment reference number. I am tired i just need the amount 500 rupees back. Please help.
