I have taken a Airtel Broadband connection few years back under unlimited plan. Suddenly few days back when its MODEM stopped working I came to know that it Company has chenged its policy of replacement / maintenance of MODEM even without informing customers AND I have to purchase the MODM from Market from my pocket. Even after providing my complaint details on phone and getting assurance from him, the problemis still as it is... no imprivement in the services...
