Airtel Broadband — Airtel Broadband Wrong Plan Activated without intimation | |||
Airtel changed plan without intimation. My Plan was UPE -250 Speed DSL Plan and without my intimation was changed to 'Airtel - Special DSL Combo @ 1p/1.2p /sec UL (2 Mbps/256 Kbps) Plan'. When i go the knowledge of this called up customer care and was told that we are reverting back as its not into effect. That month(june) was fine but later it wad changed to 'UPE -699 Special 699 DSL Combo @ 1p/1.2p /sec UL (2 Mbps/256 Kbps) DSL Plan' -July and the to 'Airtel - Special DSL Combo @ 1p/1.2p /sec UL (2 Mbps/256 Kbps) Plan' without any intimation. This connecting is used by my father and he doesn't has that much usage because of which we took this plan. If its not reverted back to original plan 'UPE -250 Speed DSL Plan' then we would like to disconnect the connection. Have called up customer care several times and so many complaints raised :LB[protected],11857662 but no use. Was this information helpful? | |||
