Airtel is not disconnecting my broadband connection after even 20 days

I have registered a complaint to disconnect my AIRTEL broadband service but they have not disconnected it after 20 days. They are trying to retain the connection by constantly calling and mentally harassing me. I have gone through a lot of pain these days because of AIRTEL customer care. Kindly requesting your help to resolve this matter.

It is a common issue. AIRTEL is having a lot of issues with their service. Worst network in India.
