I am Ravikiran. I have applied for a new broadband connection on[protected].I have paid almost Rs 1500 for the same. My application number is 261680. I was promised that the connection would be given by[protected].
But to my dismay, I have not got my connection till today. I am supposed to get the connection with in seven days as per the rules of Airtel.
I have contacted the concerned persons repeatedly and I have always got vague reply's or no answer from their side. I am really fed up with their service and these people not even bothered to at least inform me via phone/in person when I will get the connection.
Please let me how I should proceed against these irresponsible service providers.

No proper response from their side though I contacted so many times. Even the concern person did not pick up the phone whcih make me fed up. It was a mental torture for me for neglecting my ring just to get the response for our money. The higher authorities should take care of it. I thnink, Airtel now a days become irregular in customer service and would loose the market if it would continue the same.
