[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Requested for New Airtel Broadband connection | |||
Hi, I requested a new Broadband connection with airtel. Two executives from airtel took 1000 Rs. and filled an application form and told the connection will be available in next 3 working days. But, even after 20 days, there is no connection. I requested to Airtel customer care to check the same, they just opened a ticket to track the issue, but no proper response till now. I think these airtel executives are fake and Airtel is encouraging them and not taking any action against such people.
