[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Airtel service is getting worse day by day | |||
I have a broadband connection. Earlier my plan was Impatience plan with 4Mbps and 50 GB download limit FUP. Then I requested it to be upgraded to Turbo 150 GB download limit FUP and they said they did that. That was 2 months back. Today I got a mail from Airtel saying my 25 GB quota is over and for the rest of the billing cycle my speed will go down to 256kbps. Are these freaking retards kidding me? My plan is 150 GB not 25 GB. I asked them to UPGRADE to 150 GB and those bloody DOWNGRADED it to 25 GB. I have been trying to call the customer care for past 1 hour. Each time it takes 5 minutes to get through to one of those so called customer care executives and then they put me on hold while they pull up some data and it gets disconnected every time. Can you believe them? Each time they put me on hold - bam - I lose connection. Airtel is starting to suck donkey balls. Does anyone know how's other broadband services in Bangalore? How is this Tikona broadband? They used to call me up daily and I chose Airtel over them but now I see I might have made the wrong choice. Was this information helpful? | |||
