[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Bill even after connection termination | |||
I would like to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. for harassment and mental torture for the following matter: Airtel Phone No: [protected] Please note that I have taken above phone for using internet (broadband connection). As I shifted my residence to another place, I wanted to cancel the connection. I gave a call to the customer care for disconnection of the same as the the feasibility is not available in my area for trasfer of the connection. The reference of which is[protected]n 18/04/2012. There have been other interactions where I have re-requested them the same, but they are simply sending me the monthly bill adding the interest for services that have not been provided/requested/used. Also now they are threatening me of giving a legal notice. Was this information helpful? | |||
