sir, k.k data connection, #9, rajappa building, last main road, whitefield, bangalore, has taken 1000rs from us for the airtel broadband connection for the plan 1099 from the last 9days.but yet they have not given us the connection.Now u only tell that what should we do????????plz do something..

Any how they have done the setup ..but no internet
They said it will be done in next working day

This guy doesn’t know how to behave with customers. He is too rude while talking to me and he says that I don’t know anything technical ( you contribute you don’t know how to behave and make relationship with the customers to get satisfaction then why you are in Airtel . you are not fit for this job)

I am working in HCL as a Project Lead for British Telecommunication (BT Total Broadband). Speak properly with control
- I had given my name as CHANDRASEKAR.K …. This bugger updated as CHANDRASEKAR.C
- I have asked for wireless modem …. sent me normal modem..if you require now then (1000 paid + 1500 have to pay )=2500 – (if this is airtel procedure then no one choose Airtel broadband.. will go for wireless (photon+ or Reliance+ )
- I am asking details about connection ….. he is telling that this is the plan if you want take else go off
- Appled on 31st oct … promised me that I will get connected by 4th Nov…. from 5th onwards I am calling ….calling …. Calling …. Nothing happen … no body respond
What is this .. non-sense
I been to extreme level to cancel the broadband due to his attitude towards my connection
