I have an airtel broadband connection[protected] which was connected at the address: 1987, Top Floor, Sec 37, Noida. I have moved to a new location (Address: A-52, Sec36, Noida) and requested for shifting of my connection on 23rd Dec, 2009 (Shifting# 294952) Also I requested for the waiver of the shifting charges (ref#[protected] and I was told that I will get the waiver of shifting charges which amounts to Rs. 300/-
But this connection has not been shifted till 31st Dec, 2009. I received a call from a representative from airtel named Atul ([protected]) and he told me that the connection cannot be shifted due to technical reasons. Since then I have been trying to follow-up with Airtel and nobody is taking the ownership.
Can somebody help me ?

I have been using Airtel Broadband connection since last 3 yrs and I have upgraded from 128Kbps to 1Mbps just surely because of the service I've had from these guys... It was awesome...
Its gets awful now,,
I am going to move to a different location in my city, which is inside the city limits.. Airtel claims to not to provide me service there..
I am in Chennai.. I am currently at Choolaimedu and the new service location is at Andal Nagar, Alapakkam, Porur area.. The nearest location where Airtel is providing service is a few feet away at Metro Nagar, Alapakkam.. Airtel have claimed there is no feasiblity of the same.
It really does not make a sense of their Anytime, Anywhere motto and that too within the city limits..
