Airtel Broadband — Weird policy introduced by Airtel | |||
I have been using Airtel broadband service for past 4 years. Recently I was facing some problem with the connection. It was diagnosed by Airtel guy that there is a problem in modem (beetal 220 bx) provided by Airtel. So the modem was replaced with some another old modem. Now the modem is totally dead i.e. not at all working. When complaint about the same, shocked to hear that, policy has been changed by Airtel all of a sudden and that they will not replace faulty modem if you are a year old customer. I am totally confused, when I took the connection there was no such policy, how can Airtel apply some weird policy in between without even informing your customer. If they have told me about such policy before I would probably have not opted for their service. This is not at all accepted to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
