After making this complaint they came and installed the line. As per them they have come 7 times to my House!!! (Airtel people open their mouth either to give reasons or to lie.)
On the landline I had asked for ISD facility, but that was not activated. The guy who came does not allow you to understand the installation in PC including user id and passwrords.

I has raised the issue of not activating the ISD when it was mentioned in the application and refusing to register my landline number under this connection with NDNC registry with "Nodal Officer" and as he did not answer any of queries taken up the samewith "Appellate Authority".
Attached below are the replies from these two offices and see the quality of reply. Instead of checking why the process failed, they just try to push the things back.
The very purpose of these two Offices with Airtel are just for name sake and they do not have any control over the system. Just offices of "STAMP"
Encl :- chain of mails from Nodal and Appellate authority
I had taken up the queries with appellate autority as there was no resolution for the queries I had raised and no mention was there in the mail below asking for more time.
If appellate authority is pushing the escalations to levels below the very purpose of the office is not served.

In my case the marketing person name was Alagar. Worst case he never gave me any acknowledgment or second copy. Even helpline executives are not doing much other than extending the date of installation
