Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been a customer to Airtel for the past 6 months. But every time I contact the customer service. I don't even get a proper response. Some of the representatives are even rude and not even care to answer my questions. Most of the time they don't even document our complaints and they don't even register it. Whenever I ask for a complaint number some incident number has been given which is not been followed or taken care of. And the Next time when I call again they could not find any records of my previous call, which makes me to lose the confidence in the customer care of airtel. I think this complaint reaches the right person and it will be taken care of. If not you will be losing customers.

AIRTEL/BROADBAND — PAYMENT RELATED
HELLO SIR,THERE IS A CALL FROM AIRTEL SHE DID NOT HAVE HOW TO HANDLE THEIR CUSTOMER SHE SAID KANGLAY, MEANT NO MONEY, MONEY LESS PERSONS.
A GOOD CUSTOMER IS TOO BAD IF NOT MAINTAINED RELATIONSHIP.A CUSTOMER IS BIGGER THAN THE SERVICES PROVIDERS.
