Dear Sir/Madam,,
I subscribed for airtel broad band connection on 26/07/2011 , The application form no is SEF No. CH 1221188. I paid an amount of 1000/- towards getting connection on the same date. The cheque also got cleared. The connection was not given even after 5weeks .so I spoke to customer care daily ( Archana, Navin, Dhanjaya ) and also Manager ( Rajiv ) they told problem will be solved with in 2days. I have been hearing this two days for 4 weeks.
A guy ( Yuvaraj [protected] ) came at our door took the documents ( PAN card photo copy and Ration Card Copy ) on[protected] and took Rs.1000/- Cheque. He assured to get connection by 4-7 working days. I contacted him for more than 50 times finally pickup the call and said contact customer care only. Not the Sales Team.
I have been keep calling Customer care for more than 3 to 5 times day, Some people will pickup the call and simply put me hold and hung up. Some people wont even say the anything simply disconnect the call, Even superviosor spoke to me and put me on hold to check the records and even he hung up ( Rajiv Chennai).. no courtesy to call back also WORSET , AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE TEAM. these guyz fit for nothing.
I had lodged compliant with the customer service to look in to the matter. However, i regret to say that the customer service was absolutely of no use
Kindly do the need full or please kindly guide me how to take action against them for not providing proper support.
