[Resolved] Airtel Broadband Connection — plane not change after so many request | |
Sir, I am puja and i had taken airtel broadband connection on 8/8/08. After 15 days i changed my plan to 799 than again after one month at 27 sept. i gave request to change my plan to 649. But after so many requests, till this date it has not been changed. moreover my last 2 bill came according to 799 plan. i would also like to add that being such a big and reputed company whom i trusted, i am not happy with the service as the service provided by the Kamla Nagar airtel outlet is not up to the mark i have been calling them from last 15-20 days but my request is not fulfilled till this date. so, at last i can only request you to please remove this connection as early as possible. I am musharraf and i had taken airtel broadband connection on 1 year before .i gave request to change my plan to SURF 699 PLAN . But after so many requests, till this date it has not been changed. i have already given the complain regarding this and my complain number is[protected]
.So please kindly remove this connection as soon as possible

Airtel — change the plane
hi sirmy no([protected]) is in friends1 plane but i send a messege to 51619 i.e.usub dd at26 aug 2009 and that time i made recharge 45 to get all calls 60/m then my friends plane is converted in to airtel1 i.e. plain card
i want my plane friend1 back
that is my humble requst to you
i know you will corprat me please
