[Resolved] Airtel Broadband Connection — Discontinue our services without prior notices | |||
Dear Sir, I am a regular customer of Airtel broadband from the last 1.6 months, My landline no is[protected]. My connection was discontinues without prior notices, When i compain this to customer care person at 15/07/2010 07:45 Pm says u not pay the bill, After 30:00 Minutes when i recomplain at 08:15 pm than Customer care executive sitting at Delhi whose name Arun sharma told that "Due to ur request i discontinues ur services".and when i refused he said yesterday i requestem them to close connection at 5:23 pm date 14.07.2010. and i ask them to show me recording they tell there is no provision for that, when i asked them to transfer call to higher authority they disconnect the phone. plz tell me the reson for that as soon as possible Vipin pagariya [protected] vipin.[protected]@yahoo.in Was this information helpful? | |||
