[Resolved] Airtel Broadband Connection — Reactivation of account done without informing me | |||
Hi, I had cancelled my broadband connection with airtel on Feb 16th 2010. On April 2nd I received a bill for the month of march. I had not used thier internet at all, as I had cancelled it. So I called up the customer care on April 5th asking them about the bill. They told me that a reactivation was done on my account. I told them that I had NOT requested for any reactivation and they adjust my bill amount. They are not responding to it, and also they are sending agents at my place, where currently by old parents reside. My airtel landline number is[protected]. My latest complaint number is 31463894. Airtel Broadband — reactivation of connection
Dear Sir,I am consumer of bharti broadband having phone no[protected] and A/c no.
14470515 at A-83, Ashok Nagar, Ghaziabad.
I made request for re connect my connection on[protected] with Ref No.
48055896. This connection has to reconnect on[protected], but till date it is a
pending issue.
I had done so many calls to customer care and there Sn. Super visor Mr Priam,
but not done so far.
Please do the needful ASAP.

I had cancel my Airtel broad band connection with land line number [protected] on 21st Feb 2011.
From last 15 days my landline connection has been disconnected without any reason even though I paid all the bills.
Also I tried many a times to customer care for reconnection but all are in vain.No body is responding to my request.
I have logged my complaint on 9th, 14th, 15th, 17, 18, 19th of Feb. 2011.
Every time I got a complaint id and a message stating we will get back to you soon but have not got response from airtel.
So I dont want your service anymore now onwards so please permanently disconnect my landline as well as broad band connection.Regarding bill I have cleared all my dues.
Its beyond my expectation that Airtel is providing very worst service to customer.Had a very bitter expreince with airtel so long
The customer help desk is the worst one I have ever seen, they dont take care of their customers nor do they regret for loosing a customer.
