i have use airtel broadband service at 512 kbps unlimited speed in last 8th month ,but now airtel reduce my speed 5gb for 512 kbps and than 128 kbps ,reveral time i call for customar care but they are not respose please register my complant and please solve. thanking you airtel user id - sm2242298 account no. i am receiving low speed, hanged modems, spedd is ju 6-7kbps instead i am having 64kbps connection

i have connected your connection(1000kbps) for a better speed from others. but i see that i have received only 84 to 100kbps(max) and i have called to your customer care([protected]) but they did not receive my phone. plz check it and solve my problem immediately. otherwise i will think your commitement have no value...

I was working with 64 kbps speed plan but now i have migrated my plan to 256 kbps but there was no improvement in download speed. plz take my complaint in to consideration and take action as soon as possible.
