[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Not able to pay bill online since a month | |||
I have been trying to contact customer care about this since more than 3 weeks but I haven't got any clear response. I am not able to pay my bill online. Every time I try, it says "Online payment facility not available yet". Today I got an SMS asking me to pay my outstanding bill, else they will cut off the connection and they said I can also pay my bill in airtel.in. How can I pay my bill online if the site is not letting me pay my bill online. Either they are totally stupid or they just don't care about their customers. I am very disappointed. I have mailed them countless times but no response. What the hell Airtel? Was this information helpful? | |||
