Dear sir/Madam,
I want log a complaint on airtel Broad band on my land line number[protected]. Airtel had disconnected my internet service three times in last one week.
First incident: Dated[protected] around 2 pm my internet connection was blocked. Called the customer care and the executive was casual.He took more than 5 min to identify my problem.Later he said that all my payment was right but they by mistake have disconnected my internet service and will release it on[protected]. I was shocked that even when the payment is made how can they bar my service.All what was said is sorry.
Secont incident: Dated[protected] around 1 pm my internet connection was blocked.Again i called the customer care 198 this time even before i express my complaint first the executive asked have i made the payment. I told him that please check in your system.He said sorry and said it will take four hours to restore my internet connection.
Third incident: again on[protected] my internet connection got blocked the reason again non-payment. Again i need to fight with the customer care to restore my service.
Last one week was a really a bad experience with Airtel.I have cleared all the bill payment. My latest bill is generated and the due date is[protected]. I run a online booking center. every time the internet is blocked by business is affected.An approximate loss in last one week is around 25,000 INR.I really don't know what to do if the same kind of disconnection happens regularly.
