[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband — My new plan is not showing up correct download limit quota

My airtel fixedline number is [protected].On 12th May , I requested to change my billing plan from 15 GB - 1199 (2Mbps/256Kbps) per month to UL - Super Max 30GB 1399 (2Mbps/256Kbps) as my usage was more, I called up customer service to change my billing cycyel effective 26th may
I was told that the plan would change effective next billing cycle - 26th May , However the plan changed 1 day prior to billing cycle
change - 25th May - due to which my currents months unbilled usage is showing up incorrectly.
Since the 1st day of current billing cycle my unbilled usage started with 15 GB instead of 30 GB , and I never got 30 GB for this billing cycle,

My usage is getting decreased from 15GB from the first day instead of decreasing from 30 GB.
Issue is with the unbilled data as started from 15 GB,which means ,I never got 30 GB,

If you check my day by day usage as well from 26th till date, it will not be more then 5 GBs (overall)

I want you to check my day on day usage before replying starting 26th may

request you to credit my 15GB to my account.

I have already called customer service many a times but no resolutions and no one has a solution to this problem.

I am paying for something and I am not getting that

AIRTEL/BROADBAND — To complain for my plan

I have taken 899Rs. plan but currently running plan is 1599Rs. but i have not appiled for running plan and now i have to pay my bill. So plz tell me what should i do .I am not going to pay for this i have taken the plan i will pay for that only please chek document i summited then please help me out . My connection no is-multiple

Bharti Airtel Ltd — Requested for plan downgrade for Broadband

Hi Sir,

On 26th of jul 2010 between 4pm and 6pm i have gone to Airtel office in bennerghatta road banglore and i have made payment towards my account and the account number is 15728090 and my broadband number is [protected] also i have mentioned to downgrade my plan.They have requested me to call the airtel customer service.As per their request i have called up the airtel customer service from the airtel office and i have used their landline number to call the customer service.I have spoken to the customer care executive and spoke almost 15 minutes and his footprints are there in the account,which i have confirmed.i have requested him to downgrade my broadband plan from 1699 unlimted 1mbps package to 899 unlimited 512 browser package.and he has informed me that he has done the work for me and my plan will change within the next 3 working days.unfortunately it din't happen.when i received the bill in the month of augest i have seen some discount and i thought it is tghe rental adjustment from the previous plana as well as the current plan.but when i have received my septemebr bill i was shocked that the rental is 1699 instead of 899.I called up the customer care again on 18/09/2010 and i have explained the executive regarding this they have informed me that there is no order placed for downgrading my broadband plan.i have asked him to escalate the call and i spoke to another person and he has informed me that he will send it to the complaints department(SR number is37802018
) and they will deal.I have got a call from airtel and her name is samitha and she asked me whether you have any SR(service request number).As i have informed her that he hasn't given any number.then she has informed me that she cannot do anything.I told her when i called airtel BB customer serice it was not mentioned that i need to collect a service number.she was keep on saying that she can't do anything.I asked her to transfer the call to her manager.she transfered to her superior and her name is vanitha and i have explained the situation again,even she also started asking the SR number which i din't get it from Airtel.she has checked the account and she has informed me that you have enq about the Broadband plan.I told her plz listen to the call as your calls are recorded and she has informed me that it was almsot two months back it can't pull out.and i know they keep recorded calls for almost 6 months and she was keep on asking the SR number and hung up the call,but before she hung i have informed her that don't close this compalint .Also when i have taken this broadband i havn't taken any contract.
so my complaint to Airtel is i want to downgrade my plan from 1699 to 899 unlimted browser plan and i want a backdated rental from 26/07/2010.and i havn't agreed any contract with Airtel if i have any contract this product is a missold which one Mr binoy has done (who is a TL or manager and i have his number).And also I have made chargeable calls to airtel customer from an another number[protected] which i don't want pay...hope you people will be aable to help me in this case.

AirTel — Broadband Not working since 12th May

My broadband is not working since 12th may and even after calling the call centre at least 10+ times, there is no response from Airtel. I want to cancel this connection immediately.

airtel bharti broadband — no resolution in 30 days

hi sir this regarding complaints against airtel bharti braodband services . I am using one of the airtel home broadband connection at my home on 2nd july my internet was stooped working and it has been more than 25 days that i have contacted airtel 3 times and i have spoken to 3 diffrent customer support officer but noone is responding to my query . I request the concern authorities to take an immediate action against them becuse it caused me a lot nad i also want my internet to be fixed ASAP bcz i run my business from it .
