Airtel Broadband — Shifting of connection is not done | |||
I have a Airtel broadband connection vide telephone no[protected], i was using this since a long time more that 1.5 years at the my address at Sector-11, recently on 15/05/2010 i have shifted to new location at noida sector-56 and applied for shifting to my new location at sec-56 on 10/05/2010. Airtel committed me to do the shifting with 7 working days and today it is going to more that 16 days nothing had been dgone from Airtel contacting Airtel now they are telling that here in this location there is a DP problem and they can not provide the connection upon following ups regularly they are asking me to disconnect the line by depositing modem and telephone. Very recently i have taken a wireless router by depositing Rs.1500/- to Airtel and did not take the services even for Rs. 1500/- and now they are asking me to refund all theses. For that i have suffered a lot.............. they are simple harassing me since a long time by giving different promises. Need an immediate action against Airtel to resolve my issue. Airtel Broadband — Shifting of Broadband Connection not done
Hi,We have placed a request for intra city transfer of Broadband/FixedLine connection with Airtel. Initially they said, it will take minimum of 10 days to complete the request. But even after 10 days, we did not get any update from them. Even after calling their customer service desk and escalating this issue for umpteen number of times, there is no response/update about the request from Airtel. Their customer service desk is also very rude in responding and they SUCK big time.
