[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband — Bill getting generated after FnF and cancellation

I had been your customer for last 3 years and had not faced too much trouble. In December, I requested my services to be shifted to another location within Noida. You were unable to transfer the line because o[censored]navailability of your services in that area(Sector-82, Kendriya Vihar). I asked to cancel my connection. Despite of that I have been receiving calls and regular bills. I understand that I had to pay the last used bill until Dec which i did last month and I have all the proofs with me. Your executive who called me Mr Kunal told me that I will receive a confirmation within few hours of FnF that my connection had been cancelled. But no intimation was received. Moreover this month again I have got the bill and your representatives are harrasing me by calling again and again. It is really a shameful thing for a company like yours. I use the mobile of your company but I think if this is the attitude that you guys have, trust me the market has much more to offer. No customer would need your pathetic customer service. If Ino actiuon is taken, I have to go to the consumer forum to get it sorted as I have all the proofs and reciepts of all my payments.

Airtel Broadband — Bills getting generated even after cancellation

I shifted to new home in gurgaon and going by my prior experience with Airtel Broadband I decided to continue with them and logged a shifting of connection request. They tried for availability of socket near my area and when they couldn't, I lodged for cancellation of my number. For 1 month, I got calls which said that please dont disconnect numbers as when ever you will revert back to airtel, you can use the same number. I still persisted on cancelation but nothing happened. Finaly I started getting calls from bill dept and then i went to custoemr care and surrendered all equipments myself. Even after all this I am getting calls for my undue amount.
Prior to all this, I was a fan of airtel broadband services but after all this experience I have disconnected all the three lines running from airtel and now I am a happy customer of Vodafone and Tata Indicom

This is to inform you that myself Manjari Mahajan..I had a airtel broadband connection..And on last month on 6 july 09, i clear all my previous balance and wanted to disconnect this service and i have the cancellation receipt with me i.e no is 243884.I really get harassed from your calls.i am a working girl and your customer care executives daily call on my no and tell to pay the bill.what a bull service you have.And on last weak at around 9 p.m i receive a caal from you people that mam your bill is pending please pay it...One of your executive name Nitin Gupta had a talk with me, firstly i want to clear this is not the time to call anybody but airtel people may be they lost somewhere and didnt see the time...he told me that your bill is pending i told him i have already pay thebill and disconnected the net.den he told me mam your balance is 100 rs. i said sorry i dont even pay a single peny to you.And stop giving calls to me.And i wait for 2 days for the confirmation from him.he gave me a number also [protected]...Now Its Heights...You people really harrass the customers...

Just resolve dis otherwise i forwarded this complaint to consumer court...Because i have all the receipts...

I made several calls to airtel customer care number since December 2010 for disconnecting my connection.

But till date my connection is not disconnected and you are adding bill month on month whereas I am not using it any more

Calls made
On calling airtel broadbandcall centre on 6 Dec 2010, call id 1303295.I was told that my rental is stopped and connection would be disconnected.
On calling airtel broadband call centre on13 Dec 2010, call id[protected].I was told that I would get the full & final bill and someone will come to my house from airtel for further formalities on disconnecting.
On calling airtel broadband call centre on 06 Jan 2011, call id[protected].I was told that my request of disconnecting is under process and I would not be billed further.

My grievance here is that neither till date my connection has not been disconnected nor my bill genration/rental has stopped.
Till date the same has compounded to Rs 3044.

Why should I pay for not using it since 6 Dec 2010 when I was assured that my rental has been stopped?
Please issue me bill til 6 Dec only
