Bharti Airtel Ltd — Improper bill
Pls refer our sevaral discussion for waiver of Data card retal.I have got confirmation of waiver, still it is appeared in my bill and also charged for last month bill.
It is being endorsed that, bills which are being sent to the customers are not genuine.
Let me expose your billing style which is a very clear proof of cheating.
1) In the plan provoded to me i am eligible for 150 Mins local calls free, According to my plan tarrif fo locl call is 50 paise. If we consider 50 paise / call then i muist get benifit of Rs 75, insted of Rs 30 as you are giving me in bills.( pls also ref my earlier bill )
2) I have been charged Rs 224 for SMS others, Kindly provode me customised report for the same. I know i have never used any other SMS facility.
Kindly provide me siutable solution with your confirm action. or else i will be forced to take up matter with TRAI and consumer forum

Airtel Broadband — Improper services
I am using Airtel Internet broadband. Airtel has cheated on me.It has provided a defective wi-fi modem which gives poor wi-fi signal that gets disconnected every 10 minutes
The broadband service itself drops from backend regularly.
It seems I have completely wasted my money.

Hi ,This is Dr. Pranay Kumar Srivastava from jabalpur.I had been to airtel connect for a replacement of the lost sim card.I was asked that it would take 4-6 hours to start.I had specifically inquired about the connects number as it was not possible to drive again nearly 16-18 kms which is the distance from where we live to the connect(customer service centre).They refused giving any number and said that they had no number and if i needed to follow up the restart of my services I was to do it on [protected] which was wrong.I tried 4 times and finally when I reached the call center executive he said that he could not give any information as this was a prepaid helpline.Then he suggested another number which was [protected] at which when I contacted they said that it is the connect only which can help me as they cannot do anything.He added that my documents had not been submitted (which I had already completed while I was at the connect) and only the airtel connect could tell me when the sim would rework.He also told me that it was my mistake that I had not taken the connects number(which i a had specifically asked for a number of times ).He could not provide me the connects number either.
Its a shame that for such simple works because of the uncoordinated executives we have to suffer again and again.I have been with airtel fo more that 8 years and still they cannot be of any help when you get struck.The executives have no idea as to how to solve the problem or what to speak or even providing correct information.This costs the customer monetarily and time wise also as it is very difficult to find time in weekdays to travel again and again to these centres situated far away.

Airtel(BroadBand) — Don't go for Airtel broadband Conection
Hi,Please don't go for Airtel Broadband. If you want to disconnect the Airtel broadband connection, they won't disconnect and send yoy the bills. If you call again to disconnect, they ask you the reasons to disconnect( again and again) nad continue sending the bills
I have faced this problems. due to the busy schedules we dont get time to take legal action and they
are making profit of it.
