Airtel Broadband — poor performance

Respected Sir,

I Shashank Rajvanshi has launched a complain against airtel broadband internet facility, regarding change the connection adaptor or DP. which is not done till now. it is more then a week when i launch complain. right now condition worsen in this rainy season , DP is out of order now and not working at all.


Sir this is humble request to airtel broadband customer care to look after my request.
