Airtel Broadband — Negligence, No Service | |||
For the past week since Thursday, 30th of June, My Airtel broadband 2 mbps service has been down. The modem is unstable and i had earlier called airtel customer care to file a complaint. A local technician checked the line and claimed it was fine. The problem persisted and i later contacted the technician who said he had informed the local line man to check my line. Airtel had assured me that my issue would be resolved by 3rd July but it is already the 7th and there is no solution yet given to me. Complaint resolved. Just took some thick skin and a couple of repeated phone calls to bother the local technician.
