i need to stop wap services from airtel to my mobile [protected] and money cutting messages from55678 and64611015 and 64611030 urgently its quite embrassing the customer service 121 are helpless

You have Request Plz. De Activate This Services I am Also Inform You as on dated 23/01/2009 & Telephonic talk to your coustermer care as on dated 20/01/09 but There is nobady see my Problom. My Mobile Number is [protected]

I GOT A MESSAGE FROM 58243 stating THAT you have been renewed for yahoo zone subscription service on AIRTEL WAP and rs.10 was deducted for every 2 days...when I replied to unsubscribe I got reply invalid end format

deactivate my no. [protected] from Yzone Miscellaneous service from AIRTELWAP

i received a message from no.64611010 that is Miscellaneous subsription on airtel WAP (Daily Shayari). I requested so many times to customer care for deactivating this service but still they are charging rs. 30 every month. Please de-activate this service immediatly.. my no is [protected]

I never asked for it and stop this deduction of Rs 10/ -per week.

This is very annoing to get messages every week from 64611010 and they dont even reply the return call

I do agree that this problem exists. But when i worte about this complaint in this website. Some person from AIRTEL called me, took some basic info and then the service was de activated. NOT ONLY THAT I GOT 45/-(3 times charged amount of 6-7 times charged) back as balance. For me, atleast they are prompt. Thanks to this wonderful site/AIRTEL.

i had a problem with some kind of airtel shayari pack which was activated without asking me so if any one wants to deacivate it please do the following
step1)to renew the sms pack they will give you a message and also they will give you option to deact it.they will say "is seva ko nishkriya karne ke liye dial *646*622#"
dial this no
step2)they will then ask to press 1 if to deact, so press 1
your shayari pack will be deactivated
press 1 only after you receive the message
