I am Mr santhosh V form MP, India. I have a problem with (Airtel MP) Postpaid Billing. My no is [protected].
I had requested customer care to change my Plan from Aitel FTV 499 to AirtelNew India CUG 299 Plan. The request was approved and plan was changed. This is a corporate connection from my company.
They had communicated to me that call charges as follows
Local - 0.25 p per min
STD - 1 rupee per min
Local and national SMS - 0.25 P Per min
When i received my bill today, I have been charged as follows
Local - 0.49P per min
STD - 1.49 Per min
Local and National SMS - 0.49p per min
I had called the customer care at 121 two times. They say to call later. I have been charged 1796 rs. My actual charges should be 976. Also, they have charged 75rs 2 times for some CUG discount. and have charged 126 rs as other SMS charges which i never knew what it is!
I request for seroius action on this fraud.
