I represent myself as Head of Tamilnadu operations of FIITJEE LTD. Almost a month back I applied for a CUG connection in the name of My CO and was allotted with the following numbers.

Please note that all the numbers were provided against a common application form. To our greatest surprise the 2 numbers [protected] and [protected] are deactivated multiple times and permanently now. Despite of making repeated complains nobody at Chennai is ready to listen.
The executive who took the application is Mr Venkatesh who represented himself as Manager sales and his mobile number is [protected] and belongs to Airtel relationship Centre Ambattur Chennai. He is a totally useless man. Till the time of getting order he was quite punctual and courteous. But after the sale he is vanished and even not responding to our calls.
Your local Chennai office is giving silly excuses for the deactivation of two lines like papers are not complete or verification was not done and bla bla. My question to you is if there is a problem with the application form or verification, it should be with all 12 lines as we gave a single application form and single verification.
To my further surprise now your airlel Chennai office is asking for another application form with all documents again. When we have already filled a common application form for 12 lines why an another form. If there is any competent authority in AIRTEL please look into this matter and take severe disciplinary action against Mr Venkatesh (Details furnished above) and reactivate my two deactivated lines.
If there is nobody in airtel who has a little sense of customer care please terminate my all 12 lines. I’ll look for some other service provider.
