I gaurav batra am having broad band connection my acound no is 14855777.On 14 aug 2009. The connection has stopped working so i regeseterred my compliant with custmer care no.[protected].
On 19 aug 2009 first refrence number 23305594 has been provided and four hour time has been given to fix the problem .
On 20 aug 2009 i have spoken to Mis ritu intraction Id no 93850746 given to me again four hours time
has been given .
On 21 aug 2009 again i called at custmer care another intraction Id no 94138296 given to me again four
hours time has been given .
And like this from 19 aug 2009 to 26 aug 2009 these are the following refrences numbers and intraction Id, s provided to me

On 26 aug 2009 around 1:00:pm when i called custmer care the represantatives has dis connected my call several times . In the period of 8 days 8 complaint no has been given so many assurances given to me that the problem will get resolved very soon .When i asked where exactly the
problem is so it has been said to me that service engineer is not visiting my place.And they are making
complaints against him also .
As i am consumer of airtel from last twleve years my airtel num. is [protected].I have never been so disappointed as i feel now i feel harssed this time dealing with employes of airtel custmer care no.[protected] not helping the custmer which is with them for last so many years .
My recommendation to airtel is make some one acountable to such grivences .

I had requseted a broad band connection from Airtel office Bangalore on 10 April 2009.I had submitted the documents and paid the Charges.When I checked with them they said Installation will be done with 1 or two days.But after a weak also not done.The person who is responsible is Sridharan ([protected]).
He used to say always I will call u back, Installation will be done today, then he wont pick the call or he used to switch off.I am too much frustrated by the way he talks...
