[Resolved]  Airtel — My two non-related offers conflicts...

I am a Airtel customer for the last 4 more years..

Before the last two months I got an sms which describes an offer that,
Daily 100 sms free only at Rs 1 daily.. That 1 rupee takes for the first sms we send... And also this is for life time... And also they gave a number to activate this offer.. And I called that number, again they said these all things in malayalam... I like that offer and activated it.. Note that, that offer is for life time and it effects only sms...
After all, the last week I got another offer that,
call charge reduced to 60 paise for on year and also get 75 talk time with recharge of 175 rupees... And also give a number for details as usual.. I called and they told about that offer, I realised the things and i done that recharge...
Now what happened,
My sms offer get cancelled... Please note that this call charge offer and the previous sms offer have no any relation... Both different route...
I called customer care and told this, they said that sms offer will gone with this 175 recharge.. But i told them I need that sms offer than this call charge offer... They told tomorrow that is at 17th sep 09, note that this incident happening at 16th, at 5:46 pm they will reactivate sms offer by cancelling this 175 offer... But till 5:13pm that offer have not reactivated.. So i called customer care again, they told to wait untill 7:14 pm.. I agreed.. Then after 18th and today 19th, till now they have not done it... I called again the customer care, they told, there is no option to deactivate current and activate previous... Now what Can i do.. Please register a case against this bledy airtel...
This is not the first incidence I faced.. There are so many things against this airtel..
Once they gave an offer that to send certain number of sms within a period(period they mentioned) and get that total amount spent for sms will credited back on another day(date mentioned in offer).. I tried and not credited that amount on that specified time.. I called them, and they simply left the matter saying that offer is not for you..
And this like many more, like increasing ISD call charge without any notification... Taking subscription charge for using Airtel live which i have not used or even not heard...

I am first time here in this consumer forum and i don't know what will happen after posting this... Anyway anyone reading this post can do anything then please do, my complete support will be there... Thanks in advance....
