[Resolved]  Airtel — Jokes pack not needed

For the past three days of the Australia India cricket match my account has been deducted with Rs 3 for cricket score updates automatically each day. i had not sent any message to activate this package nor did i call any number. i do not wish to receive this cricket score and i dont know how this pack is getting activated for me everytime there is a cricket match. i had called up customer care on[protected] but the problem is not resolved. kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. my mobile no is [protected] name: Margaret Gonsalvez (number is registered under my mothers name). thank you.

Strange, as I have no interest in cricket (sorry guys) nor did I ever subscribe. A few other people I know have also been 'SUBSCRIBED' to this service without asking. Daylight robbery or what?

Its a problem with numerous customers. I wonder how much money AIRTEL would be generating through such faulty activation of services. The people who do not know what to do in such cases are at great loss. Many a times these are poor customers throughout India. Or even some rich people just let it go. But for sure, AIRTEL is at great profit.

I never thought a company like Airtel will do this. Are they bankrupt or something?

I also got this service activated without asking. Deactivated it and again it got activated. Thank God I had some paise left and Airtel didn't eat it. Called CC he told me "yes you activated it, its not our system fault and we got proof for it" and asked me to get itemized bill @ Rs50.

What kind of robbery is this? :X
I didn't authorize Airtel customer care to subscribe me cricket updates. They themselves activated it and took my balance. Jerks!!! :X

I'm gonna throw this [censored]ig airtel SIM away!
