[Resolved] Airtel — charged for the services which were to be deactivated | |
this is balasaheb girigosavi and I carry airtel no [protected] which is a postpaid card. I had requestd to deactivate the GPRS services on -29/08/09 and had received the SMS regarding the same from 121 customer care that the services will be deactivated in 48 hrs but still I have been charged for the same for last two months and also in my last bill. After several complaints on cutomer care and after showing the SMS conversation to the representative at your store I was asked to lodge the complain here. I request u to pl look in to the matter and pl refund the amount charged to me. Was this information helpful? | |
