[Resolved] Airtel — misbehaviour of airtel staff | |
I had applied for a new connection with a Rs.7000/- rental plan alongwith the EPABX with 32 lines at 6/73 Punjabi Bagh West, New Delhi. The site was under construction so the box was not installed. I had received a call from airtel office last week that if your site is complete then we will proceed with the work, I had confirmed the same from our site officer Mr. Vicky he said that the site is complete you send the airtel person to install the EPABX the same I communicated to Mr. Vipin ([protected]) sales man airtel. Yesterday your guy name Ehsaan ([protected]) visited the site for the very first time & said that there are some work still left & described to our electrician to complete it then we will install rest of the things. I received a call from some of your Area Manager Mr. Vikas Giridhar regarding the same & he literally shouted at me that if your work at site is not complete then why you have called our guy to install the box. The wording he use (Aapka kaam poora nahin hai aur aap hamare ladke ko chaar chaar baar bula leten hai) he misbehaved with me. I had not asked him or Mr. vipin to send anyone there for 4 times. I told Mr. Vikas that please low your tone of conversation but he continuously shouted, Mr. vipin knows everything as he was on conference. This is the way airtel is dealing with there customers. Airtel is doing good business but does it mean that you have the authority to shout at the customer ? This kind of customer support at the time of installation then what will you people do afterwards. I am sending this mail to know what was the reason for having so much hostile. AirTel — Misbehaviour of airtel staff
Dear Sir/ MADAMI have applied for the porting facility service with the airtell as i have vodaphone connection, But my company has a tie up with Airtell so i have to get my number ported so that i can cliam the reimbursements accordingly. But I am being following up with Mr Mohit His no is [protected] (airtell staff) and his boss Mr Vinod ([protected])from last 2 months for the above mentioned service, i have given all the requisite documents to them, mailed them my statement of accounts, have been calling up reguarly . But all in vein. Today i called up Mr mohit to confirm the status , and to my surprise He said its not possible for him to get my number ported into airtell nither his boss will be able to do so, his words he used were" Madam aap apne aap kaam karo lo, mene aapki naukri nahi kar rakhi, " and when i asked him to return back my documents he said that " aap apne aap aa kar mere office se leja o, I am not your servant" . I am really sorry to say if these kinds of words are used by your staff, then i would say I am happy to use vodaphone service. This is really disguting and shameful on the your part to hire these kind of people who dont have basic curtesy to talk to there customer.
