[Resolved]  Airtel — Bill getting generated even after placed a request for discontinuation

Hi,

on the date of 25th of January my bill was generated. I wanted to close the airtel connection.
on 30th of January, I went to airtel gallery and payed my entire due amount and placed a request for closing the connection. They took an alternative number and said we will place your request.

I Got a call from their side. As i wanted to close the connection, since it was of no use to me, i objected for any sort of deal. But they kept on presenting deal one after the other. Finally they gave me this deal.

My number will be transferred from postpaid to prepaid lifetime incoming number. I agreed upon that.

But the change was not done.

Also I got a mail today saying my bill has been generated for the month of february.
I dont understand even after placing the closure request, how can my bill be generated.

I am charged 174/- in the months bill as per the rental.
