I am holding Airtel no. 9960#######. It was a pre-paid connection until one file day the agents Merry ([protected]) approached me via telemarketing and gathered advance deposit against the SIMs card and documents. That was during 21-22 Feb 08 . Well, that's fine.
The activation request then processed after 48 hours by one executive by Mr. Sanjay ([protected]).
Then since 28th Feb till now (3Mar08) the no. is NOT activated.
I AM UNABLE TO USE EITHER OF THE CARDS.
Neither of these two persons are answering my call !!
I could not seek "proper" guidance from any of cust service nos.

The AirTel gallery @ FC Road, Pune also unable to assist in helping customer like in my case. On ground that the agency is different.
The no. of AirTel Pune headoffice @ Swargate just rings without hello!
FELT ~ the pre-paid was AT LEAST ok.
