[Resolved]  Airtel — Talking Abusing and extreme bad words with customer

Dear Sir,
I am Hitesh Jain from Udaipur. On 18 mar 2010 at around 12:30 am I call airtel customer care from my mobile no [protected] for deactivate cricket score servive and customer care exevutive use abusive wods in his speech and does't deactivate our request so please kind take some action against him.The way of talking so down market and destroying company image.
So please kindly take some acction against him.

sir i have prepaid no. on which today one of the company person call to which my wife attended, suddenly that person started talking abused.
The no. from which the call came is[protected].
