Airtel — Wrong rental charged and Customer support is non-responsive | |
I am being charged Rs 100/- per month for GPRS connectivity. I had not requested for this service. Now, when I am requesting for deactivation of thsi service, it is not done so. Each month Rs 100 is charged. Customer support executive says do not pay the amount and it will adjusted in next month bill but nothing so happens and now they have barred the outgoing service because of non-payment of dues. I have also dropped a mail to "vinnetha.[protected]@airtel.in" but no response. Was this information helpful? | |
