    Hi, this is aniket. I was facing the same issue as yours. I had to share my number to get the service deactivated. Would suggest you to do the same

      Dear Sir,
      I have a prepaid connection of Air tail. My Mo. No. is [protected].It is valid till Feb 2010.I had recharged my Mo. by Rs.336.Tranjection id[protected] on 25.07.09 at 08.49 pm. It was a top up and I was supposed to get approx Rs. 300. in my account but I received only Rs.154.62.
      Lot of conversation had been made between me and service provider but no body could explain me why I had got this amount .I requested them to cancel this tranjection immediately but they deny me. After that I made a call to Customer care officer and supervisor, they told me they can't help me and repeating sorry sir .sorry sir...at last but they lodged my complaint and give me the request reference no. [protected] and also told me to talk with area manager Ms. Namisha on [protected]. I spoke my problem to them and she told me that she must do some thing for me but till today I did not get any response from Air tail side. I had tried a lot to contact them but no body picked up my phone.
      I request you to help me out and send a message to them stop cheating customers.

        Hi,

        My self Mahesh.C.Utge, had submitted my pf withdrawl form with Bharti Airtel Ltd. in mumbai in April, as airtel had there head office in Delhi, they forwarded it to delhi then it goes to nehru place division in PF office.. after enquiry in may they said have received the form and will be processed and given in next month i.e june mid. But no update. then i called again in jne 15th they said is under process and received on 05/06/2009, and is under process... and then every month the story continues, next mnth and next month. It is been 4 month after receiving the form no update and again i am asked to call back on there number[protected]/90, how long will this take where as in website it is mentioned will be given in 45-50 working days. but it is more than that.. can you please revert with the date and month by when it will be deposited in my account.

        Hope to get a early response.

          Dear sir,
          I am Davinder singh sabarwal ([protected]). Last day I was the install the air tel digital TV . 2 day I have find this TV are very mental pain for me . Till morning to this time 13.30 p.m I was call to customer call center but they are not replay me properly . I have buy a recharge rs.50/- & recharge to set box.

          1. My mob. No. [protected] are register on this digital TV foams ( attach. a photo below) so I was call to call center they are say sorry BSNL mob. Not allowed so that I have recharge to my other air tel mob.[protected] send to. Sms 54325 >PAY [protected] CUSTOMER ID.[protected] send the massage for 2 time.
          2. After some time I have got the sms ( [protected]) dear customer, the customer id entered is incorrect .please check & resend 10digit customer id to 54325 Eg. pay ……………? After I call the call center [protected] to (My bsnl no.[protected] call center replay me:- your customer id are in correct please contact to you dealer after I call to my dealer Muskan collection mob. No.[protected] they are not given me replay he was say I will talk to company & wet for 24 hour . I was say please cut this set box that time it come in my house loot of problem. it is very mental pain in my life of last 3 hour. that is not a entertainment, it is very mental pain in aware.
          3. some time after I have received a call for this mob. No. [protected]
          she say a I have looking this mater .but she not leasing my problem.


          Sir, I have request are please cut the set box & refund my money. If I have not received any replay so that I will go to consumer form.

            My number is [protected] inthe name of Rupesh Manwatkar.

            In my mobile total bill was showing Rs.929 on 31st of july, customer care called me and asked me to pay Rs769 something, must be after deduction of sms charges which is free . once i told the difference he said then to pay Rs929.

            Later for two days bill that is on 02/08/2009 they have shown me the bill of Rs.268 for which I have not called anybody for so long.

            Also, my todays bill is showing Rs517, which total amount goes to Rs.929+Rs.517 =1446. The airtel message has come that i have crossed the limit of Rs2000.

              I had placed a request for new broadband installation request on toll-free number on 09.08.2009.
              On 10.08.2009, Mr. Prakash / Mr. Rajesh - Sales Team, Sahakarnagar Area, Bangalore called up to collect the necessary documents, cheque and the application. I had clearly requested for the Wifi Router to be installed. Both of them had informed to me that the installation would be carried out within 02 days.
              On 12.08.2009, the wiring team had completed the wiring works until the designated location. The same day late in the evening at 10:00pm Mr. Manjunath from the Installation team came to install a DSL router instead of the Wifi Router as requested by me; when questioned he informed that the Wifi is not in stock currently and will be available only on 16.08.2009 so the DSL to be installed and when the Wifi Router stock comes the same will be installed. I informed him not to install the DSL Router and requested him to install the Wifi Router on 16.08.2009. The Sales team was aware of the stock non-availibity but didn't inform me to close the sale. Even upon continuous requests daily from me still they have not completed the intallation. What should be done with this now?

              this is to bring into your notice that i had not yet recived wi-fi router which is pending from your par, I was waiting since 20 working days which truly results in the breach of the contract at your end.

              please take necessary legal action against our complaint.

                Sir,

                Reference my earliest Service Request reference number is 955100

                My Airtel data card connectivity is notworking properly and the following errors are displayed continiuosly :

                (1) EDGE/GSM Airtel range/single is full and Network conectivity is ok but download/upload 0 kb/s browsing is nil.

                (2) Error 619: A connection to the remote computer could not be established, so the port used for this connection was closed.

                I have bought this modem on 08/08/09 & after working for 2 day it stopped working and i have made an complain which has not been resolved till know.

                Due to the above errors and poor service of airtel I would like to discontinue this service and thinking of going to consumer court for its resolution if the same problem is going on.

                Please look into the matter at the earliest.

                  I have converted my sim from prepaid to postpaid. At the time of conversion company done it immeiately after a weak my sim has been blocked. When I asked with company they told me due to non verification your sim has blocked. Again they send for reverification and again they are unable to verify.

                  Due to blocking of sim I have lost my business as well as business oporunity which cost is more than Rs 15 Lacs because same Mobile No I was operating since last 05 year.

                  My question is
                  1. Whether company has given me prepaid sim without verification?
                  2. If I am not available at my address how company is sending threatening letter?
                  3. I have got another sim which had another No which has been duly verified How it can be possible?

                  Due to internal lacking of company verification process I had lost my business as well as my business oportunity which cost is Rs 15 Lacs. Moreover Company is trying to threaten me and I am mentally fed up withcompany behaviour.

                  Kindly look out the matter and try to arrange my comensation amount which I had lost due to business and pshycologically.

                    I have been giving regular complaints with respect to non-receipt of airtel mobile
                    bills for the last six months (.) After repeated reminders I am getting my mobile bill (.)
                    Even this month also, i.e. bill for the month of July 2009, which is due on 21st August 2009,
                    I have not recd. my mobile bill (.) I have sent repeated compalints by email as well
                    as customer care centres but no result so far (.)

                    Pls. send the bill immediately against phone :[protected], bill is due on 21st August 2009 (.)
                    As i have to submit the claim to company, bill is a must (.)

                      Dear Sirs,

                      I have been using my Airtel postpaid connection (Delhi) [protected] for the last five-six years. But for the last three months, since April 28, 2009, I am being charged for around 50-60 different Value Added Services, which I never asked to get activated on my account. Neither did I ever download any services from my mobile nor did I ever give my consent to anyone for such useless services to be activated on my number. It's really difficult for me to tell you what kind of mental agony I have been going through for the last three months, deleting more than 100 SMS every day from my inbox. Every month, I have been getting bills of over Rs 2, 500/- out of which around Rs.2, 000/- is being charged for those Value Added Services. I have been complaining via calls and emails to their Customer Services, Technical Support, Nodal Zone, Appellate Dept., Ombudsman for the last three months but to date, I have not received any satisfactory response. I asked for the revised bill but still havent received anything from their department. Now, they have bloced my number as they say it has exceeded the credit limit.

                      Moreover, they are not giving me details of their headoffices or registered office so that I can go and meet their executives in person to resolve the issue.

                      Is there anything that I can do against them. Please could someone guide me.

                        I am a subscriber of airtel prepaid . From 4 year. Rs 3 is deducted every day from my prepaid account towards THOUGHT FOR THE DAY as VAS. But I have never asked for this service. Where they I was assured there will not be any further deductions.                         I had taken the new prepaid connection No. [protected] from the showroom and the same day I had submitted my residence proof and one passport size photograph. The connection was started on the same day but after three days I had found that the outgoing facility had been stopped. On my cell I had found that the papers are incomplete. I went to the Air tel showroom, Sector 35-C, Chandigarh on 21st August and again submitted the residence proof and one passport size photograph and the service man told me that your outgoing facility will be started very soon. l had rang up so many times but the outgoing facility is not provided to my cell till today. I would request you to take immediate step and provide me the outgoing facility immediately.

                        Rs 3 is deducted every day from my prepaid account towards THOUGHT FOR THE DAY as VAS .
                        I have never asked for this service.
                        When I contacted Customer Service, I was assured there will not be any futher deductions.
                        But to day Rs. 3.00 is debited.
                        Even when a 'NETWORK FAILED' error message is flashed I get debited with Rs. 1.00

                        if there is network failed I feel cheated and helpless.

                          I opened a message, it said "Congratulations on selecting Hello Tunes"!!! - I checked my account balance Rs.45/- was deducted immediately. After much hassle and emails I got the balance restored. Airtel is using low down deception to cheat customers.

                          June 2009: I started getting messages, I checked my A/c balance, sure my A/c was going down, for every message Rs.3/- was deducted. Sometimes I would get 4 messages in a day.They come at odd hours of the night.
                          It is just impossible to get to speak to any one at Airtel on 121.
                          I sent a whole lot of emails about these unsuscribed Value Added Messages, and my A/c balance being depleted. For a long time Airtel would not restore the balance - their Customer Care Executive stated that I go through All VAS services and STOP I did not want!!! . I had a number of "Customer Care Executives" writing to me. Atlast my balance was restored, After every message I had to write to them
                          to restore the A/c balance. After some length of time the VAS messages stopped.

                          August 2009: The VAS messages have started coming again!!!
                          For a few messages I sent an email and the A/c balance was restored. The VAS messages keep
                          coming in - sent a number of emails asking them to STOP these messages. To No Effect.
                          Customer Care! Who Cares?
                          My A/c balance is being depleted.
                          My emails to Airtel is having no effect. The A/c balance is not being restotred.
                          What should I do?
                          Any one know the email id or FAX of Airtel Chairman & MD Mr. Sunil Bharti Mital's Office.
                          I would like to forward my emails and send a FAX to his office to bring to his attention the low down deception that Airtel is doing to its customers.

                                Dear All Respected,

                                I have read all the complaints against Airtel services and am very disgusted to state that even I am a victim of their unsolicited ways of extracting money from their customers.

                                I have 2 lifetime prepaid connections from Airtel. They are [protected] and [protected]. On 14th August 2009 at around 1:00am on both the prepaid numbers I got 3 messages each from 290603 and a subsequent message from Airtel that I have been deducted of Rs 3 per message.
                                The following day I spent around 1 hour with the Airtel 121 Operator wherein they told me that these SMS's are bollywood messages and to unsubscribe from the service I have to send an SMS as "UNSUB YB" TO 52206. I told the Operator that I had NOT subscribed for any such service and asked for a complaint number. But the Operator refused to give me a docket/complaint number.

                                I did everything as they had instructed me but the service is still active and today 15th August 2009 I have again received 3 SMS of the same nature on both the prepaid numbers and again I have been deducted Rs 3 each message on both the numbers.
                                In the whole gamut I have lost 18 Rupees on both the numbers, total amounting to Rs 36 altogether.

                                I WOULD REQUEST THAT MY MONEY SHOULD BE REFUNDED AND THESE MESSAGES TO BE STOPPED PERMANENTLY WITH THE NEXT 72 HOURS.

                                Just to give a brief of my mindset to all the viewers is that on the above 2 prepaid numbers I have not topped up for the last 2 months and I had a balance of Rs 50 each on both the numbers. I had been using the above numbers just to receive calls from my contacts. Which means that Airtel was not making any revenue from me from the above numbers. Hence, Airtel must have programmed their software in such a manner that from the numbers wherein they don't make any revenue in a said period, they activate such services so that they can get some income. If on an average Airtel starts such SMS's on a group of numbers from their total customer base of lets say 2 lakhs then Airtel can easily make Rs 2 lakhs * 9 (3 SMS per day of Rs 3 each) which amounts to 18 lakhs in one day.
                                The harassed customer will call 121 and by the time they deactivate the service, Airtel makes a large amount of money in the game.

                                To my HORROR of horrors, Airtel has started another UNSUBSCRIBED service wherein they are deducting Rs 1 per day. Despite of my mail to Airtel with copy marked to TRAI officials in my last post, Airtel has the courage to start yet another unsubscribed service on my number on 16th August 2009.
                                This is really pathetic on behalf of the country's telecom regulation. I think it is pointless to speak to their service operator or to their 121 service.

                                In comparison, I will state that Reliance wins hats-off to their Customer Service approach. Reliance has an office where their customers can see a face of Reliance service's which is - The WebWorld. Even if Reliance activates any service without the concern of their customers, they are kind enough at their Webworld to service the customers.

                                I hope Airtel upgrades its service levels to retian its Customers and reverts to me on the above complaints.

                                I have switched off my numbers and am too SCARED to start the numbers not knowing what other UNSUBSCRIBED services may start automatically. In case Airtel wants to contact me (since I have switched off the numbers [protected] and [protected]) they can reach me on [protected].

                                I guess Airtel is not living up to its global name. It is really confusing on the standards that are being implemented in the company. Airtel seriously needs to reform their revenue strategies and should not comply to such heinous activities to generate funds for the company at unfair cost to their customers.

                                If all of their customers moves away from Airtel then what will Airtel do? Airtel need to bear this in mind.

                                Airtel — Unwanted subscription to VAS

                                I bought one Airtel sim some 7 months back. I have repeatedly, almost 3-4 times, requested Airtel to not put my number in any kind of promotional calls or sms, to put my number in DND category. But till date they keep sending me all kind of sms, and top of that they SUBSCRIBE me to these services WITHOUT ANY CONSENT from my side. It has happened many times before when I had to call 198 and request them not to do such robbery!!

                                This is indeed daylight robbery... Most of the people in this town are simple villagers and private companies like AIRTEL keep SUBSCRIBING them to such services on their own.

                                Today when I try calling 198, it asks me keep punching my options through keypad then thanks me and say goodbye!! What's wrong with this country??

                                Someone from airtel has to take ownership and STOP THIS ROBBERY from these innocent villagers who have no idea of whats happening. They are too innocent even to complaint... THIS IS GRAVE SITUATION... Morals of the companies are going down the drain... perhaps they dont even know that there exists something known as Business Ethics...
                                Thank you for your response Rajesh. But I had contacted the nodal officer and she convinced me that Airtel will take care of this. So I will wait till any such thing happen again, if ever.

                                I would suggest all the people who are unable to get their issues resolved by the customer care center to contact Nodal officers (that is the first escalation level). Hoping for better services.

                                      I went to your franchise Sheena Te, C-7, Fateh Nagar, Jail Road, New Delhi-18 to buy a Airtel Data Card which I saw in the internet costing Rs.3000/- on 1st August 2009. I was told by the representative that the Rs.3000/- data card is discontinued instead of that new high speed 3G data card for Rs.4250/- is available now. Listening to the same I went for the same with an unlimited Rs.999/- + tax per month plan, Vide Bill No.3158 in favour of P. S. Joy (3158) A4C/189 A, Janakpuri, New Delhi -110058, alternative No. [protected]. Imei No.[protected]. SIM No.[protected], Data Mobile No.[protected]. On 3rd of August received a call from the Customer Care that you have exceeded Rs.1200/- limit. When I told them when it is Rs.999/- unlimited no question of crossing the limit. On the 7th of August my line was disconnected. On 8th of August, went to Sheeba Tel and enquired what is the matter, they said when the bill is not raised we can't justify and was told to pay Rs.968/- and the same was paid Rs.970/- vide receipt No.[protected], customer account no.[protected] dtd.08.08.2009 which would be adjusted in the coming bill, and was told to contact 7070. We did all the formality and the net did not work till 9th of August and again we went to Sheeba Tel and after a long trail they asked us to come on 10th of August, when we went on 10th of August the technical person Jeetendra bearing mobile No.[protected] asked us to contact[protected]. So on 11th of August we contacted the same number and was told they will come within 48 hrs. at the site and subsequently that 48 hrs. landed up today on 14th of August vide complaint No.4516 Micromax 9/52 /1, Keerti Nagar Indl. Area, New Delhi-15. and was told on Monday, 17th of August, the Software will be changed and will see what to do.

                                      Kindly Note: From 1st of August till 17th of August, I have inested Rs.4250/- + Rs.970/- against receipts plus conveyance expenses to Sheeba Tel and back plus the phone expenses plus the retainership fee.

                                      Airtel — Wrong claim of usage and disconnection

                                      Sir/ Madam,

                                      I have been asked to pay for services and calls to the extent of Rs.7527/-, this the company claims to be my usage in 5 days for services and downloads which Airtel claims that I have not done, whereas my credit limit is only Rs1400 and my handset is not compatible to any such download services ( airtel Live ).

                                      Airtel has now disconnected my phone without any intimation.

                                      Pls help this is pure coersion and blackmail and mental torture.

                                      My airltel # is[protected], I have using this since Dec 08 and my avg usage has been less than Rs800

                                      Airtel — Wrong disconnection

                                      I have problem with Airtel servics. The following is the text of complaint I have written to them BUT TO NO USE! . Can any one help.?

                                      The following is the ordeal I face with Airtel's services. But as per Airtel may be an enhanced experience for me with Airtel!!
                                      To narrate the pain:
                                      I bought the number [protected] on 18th Sep 10 from Lalitha Communications, RTC X Roads, Hyderabad,AP submitting the duly filled application along with address and identity proof docs etc. The number was not activated till 1st October. I could get it activated after a many visits to the agent and writing many mails to Airtel (I can produce all the mails if need be)
                                      Secondly, Calls were barred on the mobile since 13th Oct 10 stating incomplete application. The connection was restored on15th Oct 10 only after exchange of heated mails with Airtel and personal visits to Airtel agent.
                                      Again the calls were blocked on the mobile since 21st Oct 10 without stating any reason and were restored after writing to Airtel .
                                      Worstly again, since 2nd Nov 10, calls were blocked with a message that the number is invalid. I have written to Airtel at [protected]@airtle.com on the same day with reminders on 4th, 8th, 10th,11th Nov 10
                                      I also visited Airtel Office at Begumpet, Hyderabad on 13th Nov 10 and lodged a complaint with one Ms Guna (on 123) who informed me that the number became a free number due to non-usage. They insisted me to submit all documents and photo afresh. I denied because it is a new number and I got the connection only after I submitted all valid papers very recently. She assured me to do the needful before 3:00 PM of 15th Nov. I was given nodal officer's email id for further escalation. On 14th Nov I got a reply from Airtel mentioning that the disconnection was done due to non-usage, asking to submit all docs and there would be activation fee and security deposit for restoration.
                                      On 15th Nov 10 I wrote to Airtel copying to nodalofficer.[protected]@airtel.com mentioning that their claim of disconnection due to non-usage was wrong as we were using till disconnection and hoped it would be resolved.
                                      On 16th Nov I got a message on my alternate mobile to say that disconnection was not wrong and no concern found. On the same day I wrote to airtel again challenging their claim as we were using the mobile till 28th Oct until disconnection. I informed that I can prove it by providing the call logs from SIM card data and requested them to verify from the call log data on the servers.
                                      On 17th again I wrote to nodal officer asking to take action on this immediately and requested for next level of escalation to prove the continuity in usage and to disprove their claim.
                                      There is no reply or action and the number still remains inactive.
                                      In this connection, I would re-iterate to you (hoping you are next higher level authority) that:
                                      1. The connection is very new and we submitted all relevant geniune papers and as such we need no resubmission of papers.
                                      2. Your claim of disconnection followed by non-usage is wrong and we have been using till 28th Oct and disconnection was on 1/2 Nov 10. I have the SIM card data to prove. Your system could be buggy. Please verify from back end call logs but not the system your call office/front office people use.
                                      3. The disconnection is wrongful, unwarranted, unreasonable and for no fault of mine, so your claim is wrong. As such I need not have to pay activation fee/deposits whatsoever.
                                      4. Request you to look into this immediately and restore connection at once.
                                      5. Airtel's unprofessionalism in customer service and non-ownership of issues raised by customer had put me amply to utmost discomfort and waste of time.
                                      6. Only standard automated replies to mail are being sent with no action. 24 hrs standard SLA is mentioned to solve but no hopes of a resolve even after waiting inadertently longer time.
                                      7. No transparency for further escalation or no contact number of customer care are provided despite requested.
                                      8. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS AND PROVIDE THE SAME NUMBER BACK TO ME
                                      AS THIS IS PUBLISHED TO ALL STAKEHOLDERS FOR COMMUNICATION.
                                      9. PLEASE APPRECIATE THAT I AM BUSY PROFESSIONAL WITH TIME TO SPARE FOR OTHER WORK BEING PREMIUM. AIRTEL'S UNPROFESSIONAL APPROACH PUT ME TO MAXIMUM DISCOMFORT
                                      10. LET ME KNOW CONTRACT OF NEXT LEVEL ESCLATION.

                                      This is to let you know that I have been facing issues with my

                                      crackling sound is there due to which my broadband connection drops sometime its not connected


                                      and most of the time its very slow .Due to my busy schedule most of the times I am not able to


                                      complain for the same aswell, cable has been changed twice outside the house in within three


                                      months so what I should assume in this case that being a world renowned company Airtel uses the


                                      worst quality of product or it could be due to work is not completed in proper manner by the


                                      engineers due to which I being as a customer is suffering .I should be compensated for all this


                                      inconvinience I had regarding the service .


                                      In reply to this I recieved a call from nidhi(Corporate office) on 14.12.2010 at approx 15.25 on


                                      [protected], but the call expirience was very bad as I explained her the issue that I have been


                                      facing the issue for last 3 months as it has been happening since the cable was changed outside


                                      the house in Oct'2010, I explained her that I didn't had time to use the conection for last 3


                                      months due to which I was not able to compalint for the same as I was out of station for most of


                                      the time and my doesn't know anything about the complint procedure, Hence I am complaining late


                                      .I informed her that I need compensation for this inconvinience that I am facing for last three


                                      months .I have been using the connection for last 8 months and I have never complained in the


                                      past for compensation, but now since I am facing the issue so I should be compensated, I said as


                                      per the engineer my telephone instrument is faulty and I would require a new instrument for the


                                      crackling sound issue on the landline, but the dropping connection and slow internet connection


                                      still remains the same .I informed her that inorder to use the service for making calls and check


                                      the landline connection I need a landline instrument Foc, and I should be compensated for the


                                      problem Iam facing for last three months .She said that she would be able to provide the landline


                                      instrument Foc in leu of compensation but would not be able to provide any other compensation


                                      will get back to me regarding the same .She called me back and informed that she wont be able to


                                      provide me any kind of compensation as there is no complaint logged .I said is it my duty to keep


                                      chasing the fault, She said she can only book the engineer appt cannot do anything else .Then I


                                      told her that I would like to cancell the service, and she gave me options to cancell the service




                                      Now the engineer was there at my house today on 15.12.2010 at 13.00 hrs and they still working on


                                      it




                                      In last I would like to say I have never expected this kind of responce from such a renowned


                                      brand name that the customer care reprensentative don't know how to deal with customers .These


                                      things leave a bad Impact on the company's name.In future I have decided that I will never go for


                                      any AIRTEL product and never recommend anyone for the same .


                                      I recieved a reply regarding the same but I have never espected as the way it has been sent, I


                                      informed that I was out of station for approx 45 days due to which I was not able to check the


                                      service and when I was here I was getting the same problem as I had in the october.So presumably


                                      this is not working since I reported the fault in the first instance.Never have aspected this


                                      kind of reply I know my rights as the customer .Will make sure will go further level required .


                                      The job is now completed but I have received no reply regarding the compensation, Hence waiting


                                      for reply




                                      I recieved a call from saloni regarding the compensation and it was only for 15 days, I informed


                                      saloni that I have been facing this problem for last three months, she told me she would check


                                      and revert it back to me, I discussed the landline instrument issue aswell I questioned her that


                                      if in future I would get any problem on the landline how would I suppose to know since I dont


                                      have working landline instrument available .She told me that she wont be able to arrange for new


                                      landline instrument but can manage to send the refurnished one or the old one, I agreed with that


                                      but then I recieved a call from kuldeep stating that would be sending someone to to connect the


                                      instrument and he informed that there would be charged incurred if I would be sent a instrument &


                                      I detailed him regarding the discussion I had with saloni he informed me that he would be


                                      escalating the case to the further level.






                                      Now I would like to know is it a right kind customer service that airtel is giving to the


                                      customers by giving the customers false commitment, I would would really like to take this matter


                                      to the highest escalation deptt in airtel as I do have the recoding of the conversation that I


                                      had with saloni.




                                      I would like to say that I am very dissatified by the way my query has been handeled

                                        my name is Praveen kumar jha and i am using Airtel internate connection(broadband), for last four month and from last one month it is giving me truble so i wanted to disconnect the same but at that time the retention department of same offered us a plan in which they informed us that we will get the same speed and pakage as it was erlier as erlier we aere using the plan of 899 rs that was for unlimited browsing and dowloading the and the plan they offered now was of 649rs but the all feature was same as 256 KBPS downloading speed but the speed now for the last one month i was getting that is 72-75 KBPS, , , so this the differance this...but nothing happen after that the situation was same i made complaint again and again but just once they sended a technical person to my home to rectify the problem

                                        still the prob was same he came and shown me some computer knowledge that is now i am using he suggested me when ever you will face slow connection prob you can take a snap shot of that and can mail us the same but where to send the mail he didn't informed, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , but now i have marked this mail to "care.[protected]@airtelbroadband.in" and nodal.[protected]@airtel.in (gurmeet singh sandhu) in this hope that they will take some action against this, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

                                        i had a word with customer care of airtel today 10 times at least because they were disconnecting my call again and again, , , , , , , , , , , , , , finally i get through to a supervisor and asked him to place a request for disconnetion of the same but he denied and said untill unlesss you will not pay the bill we will not disconnect the connection but now i dont want to pay the bill any more and dont want to use the parthetic connection which is making me so tense, , , , , , , , , , whenever i use this connection...

                                        please help me out from this situation as i dont want to use this connection any more



                                        for your referance i am attaching some snap shot of my internate speed which tells the whole story in one line only that Airtel is now the worst service provider in this sector.
