I really had a very bad experience with Airtel in the past few days. I have two mobile No. of Airtel one is [protected] this is 8 year old and second is [protected] this is a new connection taken as on 31st July 2008 by depositing Rs. 500/- vide receipt No. 23412. Both the connection are in my name Ashwani Kumar Gupta with same billing address WZ-1768, First Floor, Multani Mohalla, Rani Bagh, Delhi-110034. This complaint is related to my new No.[protected] and my complaint is that Airtel closed my outgoing call at 4th time due to negative address verification. In this relation I had registered many complaints at customer care center on 6th Aug., 8th Aug., 11th Aug and finally as on today 13th August 2008 and inform to customer care executives of Airtel that nobody come at my billing address. Every time when I registered my complaints my outgoing reopened by their executive with the commitment that someone will come to my billing address for address verification within 48 hours, but every time nobody come at my billing address and every time without verification my outgoing is blocked by Airtel due to negative verification, and at present my outgoing is blocked..
Sir, I want to know, how is it possible that my address verification can be negative while nobody come to my address from airtel address verification. Now they says please resubmit your documents otherwise your number will be permanently disconnected. It is not possible for me because I am a handicapped man and can not walk properly. Now, I want to file a case against Airtel for the above issue, please give your valuable suggestion for the same. I hope you will take immediate action and provide me a proper justice.

I have not asked for any new services and I want thi to stop immediately. I've tried complaining on Airtel's customer care numbers at least fifty million times. I have post paid connection of Airttel.
Airtel — Deduction in amount due to sms from 64611001
From last 2 weeks, I am receiving daily sms's from 64611001 telling "Thank u for using airtel services". When I checked airtel live site(transaction zone), i came to know that text based services has been activated without my prior notice. I have never activated this service. I have complained regarding this to airtel local customer care 2 times. I received sms regarding vas pack deactivated 2 times but again after few hours again I receive message from 64611001 and my account balance is deducted by Rs.1. I have even complained about it by calling on 121 but they never deactivated this service. My balance is deducted by 25-30 rs till now. When balance is zero, no thank u message comes from 64611001. I am totally harassed by this airtel service. Even I have make up my mind to throw away this card in next 14 days if this matter does not get resolved.From past 3 days i am also receving this type of mesages like "for using (subscription TextBasedServices) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You've been charged Rs 10. Enjoy http://m.igfun.com"
But i don't have GPRS setting so what hell they are charging for.
I am facing exactly the same problem getting a message from 64611001 and Re 1 is deducted from the account.I complained customer care twice they did nothing. Now they are taking my calls.If they remain doing so how can I recharge my mobile. They are giving me a huge tension.
Earlier in past they had cut Rs. 250 from my account and gave no explanation. I consoled myself as it was for a single time.But this time they are doing it daily. Customer care is useless better to case a file against them.
