[Resolved] Airtel — not reachable for making complaint | |
Airtel has been allowing some smart Christian Agency to deduct Rs 7/-periodically from my prepaid mobile connection without my express permission.Initially I ignored the messages.When this thing persisted I tried to approach Airtel co by dialing 121.All I got was computerised messages and offers of lottery and other gimmics.Later I rang up [protected] and after a lot of button pressing someone came on the line only to inform that due to technical reasons I shall have to make my complaint only after 48 hours. I appeal to Airtel to keep better sense to at least listen to the problem of the consumer and try to be helpful. Was this information helpful? | |

hello, i tell u many time in prob in my house its show no service its a big prob for me have already compl u three times but not do this prob its show your company quailty very poor or bedly
